The aperitif by Baglio Occhipinti is a refined way of combining the taste for good drinking with enchanting scenarios. Cold cuts and local cheeses
The ritual of the aperitif sees the discovery of delicious cold cuts and cheeses of the territory accompanied with olives and the “capuliato”: a pesto of dried tomatoes that was born in the 1800s in Vittoria as the progenitor of the tomato sauce preserve. Dried tomatoes, chopped and marinated with basil, garlic and chilli peppers become an addictive companion to accompany the most sophisticated cocktails, as well as the selection of natural wines proposed by Fausta.

Gin, Rum, Vodka and very high quality liqueurs will blend with the aromatic plants grown in Baglio, such as lavender, rosemary, mint and juniper to guide guests towards a new experience of natural drinking.
